Wimzie and her friends are making a lot of noise. They disturb Rousso, who is busy studying for his annual fire fighting examination, and prevent Bo from taking his nap. Yaya asks them to play using their "inside voices," but the children keep forgetting. The daycare is noisy today! The neighbor's dog spends the following night howling, despite Rousso's efforts to quiet him. Yaya feels the neighbors have been inconsiderate. Everyone is sleepwalking the next morning. Wimzie doesn't feel like playing with her friends and would like them to play using their inside voices so that she can rest. She and her friends finally understand the importance of respecting others when they ask for a little quiet.
