About this show

Operation Ouch is back! Presented by identical twin doctors Dr Chris and Dr Xand van Tulleken, The new series shows just how incredible and amazing the human body is. With big stunts and experiments the Doctors will explore the extraordinary ways medicine can fix us when things go wrong. Opening the doors to Britain’s Accident & Emergency departments, we find out how patients got their injuries and what it takes for doctors to make them well again. Chris and Xand will be hitting the road with the emergency services seeing for themselves the vital work they do in people’s homes. And, for the first time, the medical twins will be going ‘Ouch & About’, opening up the ‘Ouch-Mobile’ – a portable clinic where children can drop in with their own medical mysteries and get answers to their burning questions from Drs Chris and Xand.
