Commenters who say he abuses dogs are flat out lying. He taps the dogs with his foot or finger to break up their focus. He's dealing with extreme bad behavior dogs and quickly manages to bring them around to understand pack leader and respect. This is all done with zero cruelty, hitting, or punishment. Cesar knows what the dog is thinking almost before it does! He's a true animal lover and a genius behavior expert. The overwhelming majority of the time the owner is unknowingly behaving badly too.
