Its Bunny Scout Leader’s birthday and the girls are preparing for a special Bunny Scout meeting. But when Bunny Scout Leader arrives, she gets a surprise show nobody expected!! | Ruby wants to win a race in the East Bunny Hop Fair, but each time she tries to compete, she gets distracted by Max who wants a Candy Apple. When she ties their legs together for the Three-legged Race she’s sure he won’t be able to get away this time

Ruby and Louise want to build a castle out of blocks. Max wants to keep adding “More!” Ruby reminds Max that “more” doesn’t mean better, and they want their castle to be perfect. . But by the time they’re done, the girls discover that Max's additions have made their castle “Perfect!” | Ruby and Louise are playing hopscotch on the walk. Max is playing with his cement truck and keeps picking up their “Stones!” Ruby is having trouble hopping all the way up and down without losing her balance, but when Max’s cement truck dumps its contents on the hopscotch game, Ruby deftly hops through the all the squares, picking up each of the “Stones!” | Max befriends a grasshopper while Ruby and Louise are trying to do a Bunny Scout experiment to measure how quickly their beansprouts grow. But Max and Hoppy keep hopping in the way. When Hoppy starts eating the beansprouts, the girls are devastated, until they realize that they can alter their experiment to measure how much higher a grasshopper can hop if it has more energy.
3 Grandma’s Treasure Hunt | Ruby’s Jigsaw Puzzle | Ruby’s Recital

Grandma has organized a Treasure Hunt for Max, Ruby and Louise. Max thinks it’s all about “pirates!” but Ruby and Louise know it’s all about treasure! The final clue leads them to Grandma’s house, where, to their surprise, Grandma greets them in the backyard, with a trunk full of treasure, but dressed as a “Pirate!” | Ruby is putting a puzzle together and Max is playing with his infamous diabolical lobster. When the lobster nabs a puzzle part, first Max and then Ruby go on a mad dash to get the puzzle piece back from the lobster. | Grandma’s coming over for an outdoor recital. Ruby doesn’t know what instrument she’s going to play, and Max keeps interrupting her search, asking for more glasses of “Water!” When Grandma comes, Ruby still isn’t prepared, but that’s okay because Max has followed Grandma’s instructions and they both play a recital for Ruby on glasses filled with “Water!”
4 Ruby’s Home Run | Ruby’s Missing Tune | Ruby’s Handstand

Ruby wants to get a home run on the baseball team, and Max wants to play with his “Airplane!” After several attempts, during which Max's plane causes her to strike, Ruby accidentally hits the ball and then chases the plane around the bases, surprising herself by getting a home run, thanks to Max’s “Airplane!” | Ruby & Louise are putting on a ballet, and Max wants to drive his “Race Car.” When Ruby’s boombox is broken, Ruby can’t remember the tune, until Max’s comes up with the missing notes by honking the horn on his “Race Car.” | Ruby is supposed to do a handstand and hold if for five seconds for her Bunny Scout “Gymnastic Bunny” badge. Ruby has two problems – one is that her arm muscles won’t hold her for five whole seconds, and the other is Max, who keeps interrupting and asking her to push him on the “Swing!” But when it comes time for her to perform her handstand for Bunny Scout Leader, Ruby discovers she’s built up her muscles, thanks to pushing Max on the “Swing!”
5 Ruby’s Gingerbread House | Max’s Christmas Passed | Max’s New Year

Ruby and Louise want to make a perfect gingerbread house for Grandma for Christmas. Max is intrigued of course, by all the “Candy!” It’s going fine except that the girls can’t get the walls to stick, and finally the thing that’ll make them stick is the addition of Max’s favourite “Candy!” | Christmas is over and it’s time to take the decorations down. Ruby is sad but realistic. Max doesn’t want the feeling to end, so he confiscates the Christmas ornaments and creates a makeshift Christmas tree in Ruby’s room so it can still be “Christmas!” | It’s New Year’s Eve and Grandma has invited Max & Ruby to stay with her and watch the new year come in. Ruby is so concerned with staying awake that she contrives all kinds of games for them to play, and in the end both she and Grandma are fast asleep by the time the clock strikes midnight, leaving Max alone to wake them up with “Happy New Year!”
6 The Princess & the Marbles | Emperor Max’s New Suit |Max & The Three Little Bunnies

When Ruby’s play is interrupted by Max playing with his marbles, she tells Max he needs to be more sensitive to what other bunnies might want. She uses the bunnytale of the “Princess & the Marbles” to help him understand. | Ruby wants Max to try on a new suit in the department store. Max says “No new suit!” Ruby tells Max the bunnytale about Emperor Max’s New Suit to explain why he shouldn’t be so picky about his new clothes. | When Max’s blimp threatens to blow Ruby, Louise and Valerie’s paper dollhouses away, it’s time to tell the bunnytale of the Max & Three Little Bunnies.

Ruby wants to paint a perfect rainbow for Grandma but she can’t remember the colours or the order they go in. Max says “Backyard”. Ruby says he can’t go outside because it’s raining. But when she finally follows him out, there’s a rainbow in the “backyard.” | Ruby & Louise build a birdhouse. Max says “Hungry” and Ruby gets him a peanut butter sandwich, then berries, then sunflower seeds. When the birds don’t come near Ruby and Louise’s birdhouse, Max uses the treats to attracts the birds, who are “Hungry!” | Max keeps trying make a “Mudpie!”. Ruby wants him to stay clean, because Grandma’s coming over with something very special. Max gets himself and Ruby mucky, but that’s okay. Turns out that Grandma’s surprise is a messy-to-eat double chocolate fudge treat she calls “Mudpie!”

Ruby can't wait to see all the gorgeous flowers at the Flower Festival, but first Max sees Mr. Huffington making ballon animals, and he wants a "Balloon!" A series of accidents causes Max's balloons to burst, so they keep having to return to Mr. Huffington. By the time they finally get to the flowers, the festival is closing, so Ruby thinks she won't see any gorgeous flowers, until Max gets Mr. H to make a beautiful flower out of a "balloon!" | Ruby, Louise and Valerie are setting up a penny carnival in the backyard to earn money for a Bunny Scout field trip. Max keeps getting in the way with a monster mask, his toys bats and spiders and other things that are “Scary!” Ruby asks Max to get his icky toys out of the way, but when the carnival gets going, the biggest line-up is for the monster house Max has created, because everybunny loves things that are “Scary!” |Max and Ruby are at the Fun Fair, and Ruby wants to win the basketball toss because the prize is a goldfish. Max tries other games and he always manages to “Win!” different prizes. When Ruby finally wins the goldfish, Max has won everything she needs to give it a nice home.

Louise is trying to teach Ruby how to do the hula hoop, but Max’s toy “Bugs!” keep getting in the way. When one of his toy bugs falls down the back of her dress, Ruby finally finds her hula wiggle. | The Bunny Scouts want to see Mars through their telescope, and Max finally helps them aim their telescope in the right direction with his toy “Martians! | Ruby and Louise want to play Cinderella, but they don’t want Max to join in because he’s too dirty and grubby. But when Grandma comes with the glass slipper, there’s only one grubby foot that fits in the shoe and only one “Cinderella!”

Max wants to play “Duck Duck Goose!” with the girls but they have to find five winter birds for their Bunny Scout badge. When the girls have only found three birds, they discover that Max has lured the last two kinds of birds – “Duck Duck Goose.” | Max wants to zoom down the hill on his “sled!” but Ruby is intent on making a huge snowbunny and she needs Max’s help. When it turns out they’ve built the snowbunny at the bottom of Rocket Run, the only way to get the snowbunny safely out of the way, is by using Max’s “Sled!” | Grandma and Ruby have made three snowflake-shaped cookies and now Ruby wants to surprise her by decorating them all exactly the same. Max wants to sample his “Snowflake!” right away. His attempts to get a cookie cause Ruby to spill sprinkles and icing so the cookies are all decorated differently. Ruby’s upset, but when Grandma comes, she points out that her cookies are perfect – they’re all different, just like each and every “Snowflake!”
11 Ruby’s Good Neighbour Report | Candy Counting |Ruby's New Shoes

Ruby is collecting stories from members of the community for her Good Neighbour Badge. Max has his “Fire truck”, which ends up helping him come to the rescue during each of Ruby’s interviews. In the end, Ruby’s Report is about her brother the Good Neighbour, and his “Fire Truck!” | Ruby’s the first one in the door of Candi’s Candy Store to try to win the Candy Counting contest. But it’s hard to get an accurate count when you’ve got a little brother who keeps interrupting when he thinks he’s helping. | Ruby wants to buy some new shoes at the shoe sale in the department store. Max wants to meet "Super Bunny!", who's making a personal appearance there. As Ruby keeps searching for the perfect pair of shoes, Max thinks he's going to miss his chance, until the day is saved for both of them thanks to "Super Bunny!'
12 Max Saves The Parade | Max’s Big Kick | Ruby’s Horn of Plenty

Ruby and Louise are making a float for their dollies for the Fall Fun Festival Parade. Max and Roger are making a car for the Cool Car Cavalcade “Vroom vroom!”. In the end, the Cool Car is the perfect way for the girls and the dollies to be in the parade. “Vroom vroom!” | Ruby and Louise are determined to make the most beautiful picture out of leaf rubbings, using a leaf from each of the trees in their backyard. Roger is keeping Max busy by teaching him how to kick a field goal. The girls get frustrated when Max’s football keeps landing on or near their project. But when they just need one more maple leaf to make their project complete, it’s Max and his football that come to the rescue. | It’s fall, so that means it’s time for the harvest! Ruby is prepared to harvest all the yummy vegetables that are ripe from the garden. And she enlists Max’s help to set aside the most beautiful of the vegetables for her “Horn of Plenty” table decoration. Unfortunately, Max is unable to resist the temptation and by the time Ruby goes to start creating her horn of plenty, it’s a horn of empty!
13 Super Max’s Cape | Ruby's Water Lily | Max Says Goodbye

Mr. & Mrs. Huffington ask Ruby to keep Baby Huffington happy while they set up their picnic in the park. Max wants to be “Super Bunny!” Ruby thinks Baby H might want to nap so she tells Max he’ll have to take off his cape and play something else. But when Baby H gets fussy, the thing he really wants is that cape and “Super Bunny!” | The girls are trying to perfect The Water Lily, the hardest move in their synchronized swimming routine. Max wants to play with all his toys that “Float!” Of course his toys always get in their way, but Max ends up helping the girls make a perfect water lily, with the help of his “Float!” | Ruby tells Max they’re going to spend the whole entire day playing at Louise’s house, but Max can only take a few toys. So he decides to say “Goodbye” to all the toys he won’t see for the whole day. When Ruby finally gets Max out the door, they run into Grandma, who wants to play pirates with them. Ruby explains that they’re going to Louise’s, but when she tries to lead Max away, he takes Grandma’s hand and has one word for Ruby: “Goodbye!”

About this show

Max & Ruby is an animated series following the adventures of two bunny siblings - the irrepressible, sassy Max and his older sister Ruby. Max is three-and-a-half and knows what he wants - even when it means messing up Ruby's best-laid plans. Ruby is seven years old, smart and well organized - she loves to be put in charge of Max. Max and Ruby never, ever want quite the same thing and their plans always collide, but with hilarious results - their experiences are funny, loving and as universal to childhood as band-aids and birthdays.
