I love the show and have it on DVD. I just got it on google play and to my dismay, while watching episode 1 of season 1, discovered in the first 15 minutes that 2 scenes have been edited out. Makes me wonder what else has been edited in the streaming version. I bought all 5 seasons, so this is disappointing.

This is simply a fantastic show! Early on an attempt is made to stay in touch with reality but that slowly gives away in the attempt to give the watcher something to dream about. The science involved gives us plenty to consider seeing as most anything goes once a certain point is reached in evolution. I have had many wonderful nights sleep due to this show and I appreciate every one of them. The only other show to do that was RIVER MONSTERS which is almost a documentary on fishing. A completely real show. OMG, I do love this show.

Not as good as SG-1 but almost. When it first came I was very skeptical but I watched and it grew on me. I think the stories got better over time and by the time it was cancelled it was in it's prime. Ever since this and SG-1 were cancelled I refuse to watch anything on the Sci-Fi channel.
