I have nothing for praise for the SyFy Channel, Mark Burnett and the Jarrett Creative Group. They did an amazing job of re-creating the horrific events that my college friends and I experienced back in SUNY Geneseo in the winter of 1985. I had strong reservations about having this life-changing experience shared via mass media (and by hands other than my own). But now I can look back and be very satisfied with the choice I made in trusting these talented folks. They shared my experience with care and accuracy. I am sure that It was quite difficult trying to effectively squeeze 75+ days of events (involving over a dozen students) into a cohesive 1-hour show. But they managed to capture the 'feel' of being there - from the 1980's-style opening song, to the terror of being physically attacked by the ghost, to the difficulty in trying to find someone to help. Yes, I took the ghost photo, yes John Jeff captured the ghost on tape and yes a priest blessed our room. If you want to experience what an extreme haunting is like, this is a safe way to do it. I wish that I had that option in 1985! - Chris DiCesare

You can tell that these girls and boys are truly telling their stories of what happened to them, supernaturally! I just wish they'd have made more seasons of this show!

This show rates with me along the same lines with some of the other Ghost story shows, nice to listen to and entertaining to watch.
