Season 1 episodes (7)

1 Episode #101 - Dave/Harold
1/22/08
On the series premiere of "The Millionaire Matchmaker," the world is introduced to Patti Stanger, a third generation matchmaker who is the founder and CEO of the Millionaire's Club, an exclusive service designed to match successful men to their prospective wives. Patti is armed with not only an elite pool of millionaire clients, but also a database of women holding some of nature's most coveted characteristics: beauty, brains and class.

Helping her millionaires find true love are Patti's office team featuring Destin, her office manager and right hand man; Chelsea, the Vice President of Matchmaking and Alison, Millionaire's Club Rep in Sales. Every week, Chelsea and Alison bring Patti two new potential clients and in the premiere episode, millionaires Dave and Harold are looking for love.

Patti arrives at Harold's sprawling mansion and gets straight to business. She quickly finds out that although Harold is in his early forties, he desires women much younger. Patti believes this is one of the main reasons he is still single and sets out to find him a match. She predicts that after working with her, Harold will begin to realize that if he listens to her and starts picking age-appropriate women, he will find true love.
2 Episode #102 - Jeff/Julien
1/29/08
At the Millionaire's Club's headquarters, Patti reviews DVD's of her two new clients, Jeff and Julien. Patti pegs Jeff as a "wanna-be" aging rocker, while Julien seems to be quite the catch. A face-to-face meeting with each guy will help Patti diagnose the real problem they are having in finding true love.

At Jeff's house, Patti is pleased to discover that Jeff is a sincere guy looking for love underneath his hard-rocker exterior. Patti promises to find a true love for her "diamond in the rough" millionaire, but he'll have to agree to a makeover to update his appearance before she'll send him on any dates.

As Patti drives up to Julien's house, she is shocked to learn that although he is a millionaire, Julien has chosen to live in a "chateau ghetto" with two of his college roommates. Julien is attractive, wealthy and a nice guy, but Patti is brutally honest when she tells him that no woman will ever take him seriously "living in a dump like this." Julien is open to Patti's suggestions.

Before meeting any potential matches, Jeff must undergo a mini-makeover from Jen, one of Patti's stylists. Patti and Jen rip apart Jeff's closet and convince him to lose the studded jeans and try a slightly more modest look. Jeff reluctantly agrees and even promises to shave the "landing strip" on his chin.
3 Episode #103 - Lonnie/Patrick
2/5/08
In a commission business like matchmaking, there are peaks and valleys. Patti needs her sales staff to pick up the pace in recruiting new millionaires. Patti discovers that Alison has broken up with her boyfriend, which may be the reason for her current sales slump. Patti also reveals that even as a top-notch matchmaker, she herself struggles in the relationship category.

When Patti learns about Lonnie and Patrick, two millionaires who are considering joining the club, she heads off to meet them and close the deal. Lonnie, a 33-year-old L.A. restaurateur is not so sure he can join the club when he hears about Patti's no-sex rule, but a lively conversation with Patti convinces this player that it's time to give true love a shot.

Patrick, a financial advisor, is a geek who needs to be turned chic. Although Patrick's personality is as "stale as day old bread," Patti knows she can work some Millionaire's Club magic to help him find the one.

A special casting call to pick women for Lonnie and Patrick yields some interesting results. The appropriate women with beauty, brains and class receive an invitation to meet the guys at a high-end event. The others, whether they like it or not, get an earful from Patti on what they need to change about themselves before they slip back into the dating pool.

Later, a tense evening at the office unfolds when Patti learns that one of Alison's prospective clients has not yet sent in his contract and deposit. Patti is in no mood for excuses and Alison leaves in tears.
4 Episode #104 - Peter/Tai/German
2/12/08
At the office, Patti discusses with Alison and Chelsea the basic problems with modern men and how dating has changed. Good thing the matchmaker has her work cut out for her! This week, Patti and staff have not just two, but three new Millionaires to cater to.

This week Peter Shane, a businessman who has made his fortune in manufacturing and selling how-to meditation tapes, is looking for a thirties, intelligent, independent, spiritual woman who shares his love for meditation and nature. Patti loves every detail that Peter Shane tells her and she admits that at first sight, she can't see any illnesses. She cannot wait to get started!

Aside from having three new clients this week, Patti's parents are flying in for a visit with their daughter. When she picks them up from the airport, Patti's mom asks for the scoop on Patti's own love life, which Patti admits has been strained due to her long working hours. Even the matchmaker needs a little TLC!

Next Patti meets Tai and German, two friends who have just purchased a sprawling home in Malibu. Both are young, gorgeous, and wealthy. Patti is a bit skeptical if these two young men with money really are ready to find their one true loves. After a moment of hesitation, they pledge that they are ready to meet "the one!" Not only are they ready, they are ready together and want Patti to set them up on a double date! Patti is not at all thrilled to hear this but she obliges. How bad could it be?
5 Episode #105 - Xander/Joseph
2/19/08
Another office day begins with Patti learning about the next two millionaires seeking love. Joseph is a self-made real estate mogul who's a bit on the short side, and Xander is a millionaire who has made his fortune in investments and has a young daughter.

Patti and her two millionaires meet at Santa Monica's trendy spot, Makai. Patti learns that 5'8" Joseph is dreaming of a tall model type, while Xander feels one of his problems is that he's shy around women he really likes. Patti feels confident she can work her magic on these two and they toast to new beginnings!

Back at the office Chelsea gets up the nerve to ask Patti for a long-overdue raise. The conversation quickly escalates into a full-blown tirade. Patti's feelings are hurt that her girls, who are like family, are trying to take advantage of her generosity. Chelsea and Alison don't see it that way, however, and later talk about the possibility of them leaving.

Despite the fight, Patti knows she needs to focus on her clients. Joseph and Xander meet with Patti in her screening room to get a sneak peek at the girls Patti has found for them. Because the screening room has a two-way mirror, the millionaires hear some very candid answers including how many of them are not interested in dating a "short" guy. Being the great matchmaker she is, Patti finds two beautiful women for each of them.
6 Episode #106 - Robby/Brendan
2/26/08
The knock-down fight Patti had with Chelsea and Alison about getting a raise is resolved as Patti knows she can't hold a grudge against her girls - they are like her daughters after all. With peace in the air, Patti can really get back on track finding love for her two new millionaires, Robby and Brendan.

Robby is like no other client before. Known as the "Rolling Rapper", Robby is a roller-skating, creative type who wants a grounded woman who will love him for who he is, not his money. Brendan is a 26-year-old New Jersey native who has made the trip to LA to meet Patti in his quest for love.

Patti is thrown for a serious loop when she meets Robby at the rundown apartment complex he is living in in the heart of Hollywood. Claiming his creative juices are fueled by the location, Robby sees no problem with living there. Patti, on the other hand, believes he's leading with the wrong foot and no woman will want to date him if he keeps presenting himself like a slob.

Young Brendan is light years ahead of Robby in Patti's book. He is staying at a high-end hotel, dresses wonderfully and has perfect manners. He is looking for a "caliber of woman" not easily found in New Jersey and Patti sets off to find him a match.
7 Episode #107 - Heinz/Paul
3/4/08
In the final episode of the season, Patti's matchmaking skills will culminate in a fairy-tale ending. She has two heavy-hitters up to bat this week as she attempts to find the perfect match for Paul, a Las Vegas real estate developer and businessman, and Heinz, the owner of a successful model and talent agency in Los Angeles. Paul and Heinz are coming from opposite ends of the dating spectrum. Paul has achieved massive success in business and now is truly ready to fulfill his personal destiny. Heinz is divorced and has been a bit closed off to new relationships.

After their initial meetings, Patti learns that Paul is a Jewish self-made millionaire from Azerbaijan who would like a Jewish woman who will satisfy him mentally, physically and emotionally. Heinz is in his late 50's and keeps his cards close to his chest. Patti decides a consult with one of her relationship experts will help the situation.

After a lunch with Heinz, Dr. Shannon Fox decides that Heinz is attracted to youthful energy but has no youthful energy of his own. She encourages him to be more open and daring as he meets new women at the mixer Patti is hosting for him and Paul. A quick trip to the famous Beverly Hills hotspot, The Shave, puts Paul and Heinz in the right frame of mind to mix and mingle with Patti's choices for them.
