About this show

Emma is a kind-hearted foster kid who can't catch a break. She learns she has an identical twin sister, Sutton, who — unlike Emma — was adopted by wealthy parents and seems to be living an ideal life. Sutton talks Emma into stepping into her life for a few days ... and goes missing. Where does that leave Emma? And why were they separated?

So I started to watch the show because I fell in love with the original book series. This show is nothing like the books besides the usage of twins. Sutton never met Emma because she was killed a few days before they were going to meet up. The title "lying game" actually refers to dangerous pranks Sutton and her friends pulled on other people and each other. Ethan is shy and demure. Thayer and Madeline are Hispanic, not white. The list goes on and on, but there is a word limit on these reviews.

I loved the show :D. It got me hooked on the 2nd season, need to watch and catch up on the 1st season. A great season. Actually perfect, almost breathe taking. Gets you thinking what's going to happen next. ABC canceling the show. That sucks. Bummer. I really wished there was a 3rd season. Maybe even more. They should continue on a different TV network.
