About this show

Based on the Japanese cult classic, Iron Chef America pits some of this country's favorite chefs against the inspired food wizardry of Iron Chefs Masaharu Morimoto and Hiroyuki Sakai, with a surprise final battle no Iron Chef fan will forget! As in the Japanese format, a secret ingredient is revealed and an all-star panel scores each dish for taste, presentation, and originality.

I love iron chef America I'm so thankful that Alton Brown is the voice behind what they're cooking cause he is like a encyclopedia for food and ingredients. Keep it going.
