Episode 23

Albert Einstein? Julius Caesar? Walking around downtown? Marie Antoinette? A neanderthal? Staying at the local hotel? Mona knows that a time travel contraption is wreaking havoc in this dimension. But just try and convince the townfolk when everyone is so inclined to believe the little cover-up story about a History on Ice extravaganza. / After a mysterious clockmaker does some work on the new town clock, strange things start to happen. Things go missing around town. Knowing only too well that there are no such things as coincidences in her town, Mona investigates and discovers that the clockmaker has brought a few modifications of his own design to the town clock, allowing him to freeze time and people as he goes about pilfering jelly beans and ice cream cones. Mona has to find a way to thwart the clockmaker's plans, especially when she learns that he plans one last coup to clean out the city Bank - and to leave the town in permanent limbo, stuck between a tic and a toc!
