There seemed to be a big push after nickelodeon produced Fred, and this was Cartoon Network's response. Both we're fairly funny on YouTube, but awful on screen. It's almost as if a basic kid-crowd pleasing algorithm was used: Funny voices, catchy laugh, no education, potty humor, crazy plot (if any, usually a light one), and occasionally even a decent joke (rare). Overall, it hasn't lasted, and for good reason. Cartoon Network has better shows to invest in (Adventure Time, Regular Show).

Although the word annoying is in the title, you expect him to only annoy characters on the show, not the audience. Could barley stomach one episode before changing the channel. My kids only liked it cuz they like fruit.

This show is just terrable! Its not funny nor Has no purpose. Id rather watch that "My Little Pony" show with my daughter because it at least has a point to each ep. Shame on u CN
