Game of Thrones

It's a fantastic, well acted, well written, gripping story right up to the end of season 7. Season 8 is an abomination. Avoid this at all costs as any story arcs that were built up over the first 7 seasons are just written away in ridiculous fashion. All characters are completely out of character and done in a way that fits the overall ending (rather than well written story arcs making an ending). Its like they got to season 8 and said....how do we get all this interesting lore and character arcs to an ending? We can just forget about them all entirely and make the characters do stupid things to fit this ending I just pulled out of my... What a waste, could have been the best show on TV ever and for many years to come.

Just realised that I have literally wasted my money on this... just checked ebay dvd box set season 1-8 (new) is only £80 and obviously there will be even cheaper ones available... well goodbye to the other £50 that I have wasted and could've brought something with. T_T WOULD BE GREAT IF THE PRICE WAS CHEAPER, SIMILARLY TO RETAIL PRICES!! THIS IS JUST TOOOOO OVER PRICED. NOT THAT I CANT AFFORD IT!

As other people have said, the price is just too steep. Even if this was a bit cheaper I might treat myself. I'd rather get the blurays on sale for a similar price at some point. And why on earth is it more expensive for HD? And the problem this these files are: what is HD? 720p? What bit rate? If I bought the blurays at least I could make my own files with a bit rate I could decide. 25 quid and I'm taking the risk they won't really max the amazing screen on my note 3 :/
