Keiji, the wandering rooster, befriends an old man when he lands in a new city. As they talk, he remembers his sister who was devoured by a Demon. Just then, a Demon suddenly appears to ravage the town. To save his new friend, he decides to take the Demon down while scowling, "you make my crown curl."

Keiji has a falling out with Elizabeth and Piyoko and go their separate ways. Keiji meets Morio, a different kind of Demon, while a typhoon ominously approaches the city. Meanwhile, Elizabeth and Piyoko take refuge at a kind girl's house...but the nearby river threatens to jump its banks and sweep everything away

Keiji puts his chicken pride on the line and accepts an invitation to a group date with pigeons. Afterwards, while Piyoko laments her weakness, so she helps a lizard in trouble who is being extorted by a group of lizard thugs. She strives to show her tough side but...

Keiji and his flock head to the Devil's base to try to get Morio and his father back, but many Demons and the Devils, Hikari and Yuji lie in wait. After a big battle, a brainwashed Morio appears and attacks Keiji. Piyoko then infiltrates Morio's brain to try to free him.

Keiji and his friends struggle to gain the upper hand in the battle against the powerful Devil, Yuji. Keiji sets a strategy in motion that involves him sacrificing himself. Meanwhile, Hikari begins to make his move.

Keisuke's new power awakens when he witnesses Keiji getting back up each time he is knocked down by Hikari's relentless attacks. Morio, now free from brainwashing, also joins the battle to help Keiji…
