Season 5 episodes (6)

1 The Trinity
2/3/13
Hal's back on the wagon and thinks he's ready to face the world again. That is until he's accidentally involved in innocent bystander Crumb's death and 'saves' him by recruiting him as a vampire. When Tom and Alex find him tied up in the basement, there's hell to pay. Or there would be if they hadn't lost him. Meanwhile, Mr. Rook, a civil servant in charge of keeping supernaturals at bay, is told that his secret department is being shut down. Having an uncontrollable vampire on the loose isn't the ideal scenario for him, either. Or is it?
2 Sticks and Ropes
2/10/13
Alex is scared. The house is haunted, and not just by her. Hal and Tom aren't so convinced, and besides, there's an Employee of the Month Competition at the hotel that they're desperate to win. Closer inspection reveals the truth - there's a creepy Victorian child in their attic... and he knows all about them. Hotel resident Captain Hatch is busy manipulating Tom and Hal until the two of them are at each other's throats. And Mr. Rook has a plan to justify his secret government department by using the new and slightly unhinged vampire Crumb to show the importance of keeping supernaturals under control.
3 Pie and Prejudice
2/17/13
Larry is successful. Television weatherman, beauty queen wife, sharp suits and flash cars. Larry is also an untrustworthy slime ball. Not that Tom realizes that, because Tom's in Larry's thrall - after all, Larry's a successful werewolf. Tom feels that he'll never progress in life, it's always the Hals of this world that get promoted, not his kind. But in Larry he sees a chance to learn from a master. Problem is, Larry isn't all that he seems. Neither, in fact, is Hal's friend, Lady Mary. Hal and Mary have been friends for over two hundred and fifty years, but it takes Alex's intervention to let Mary reveal her true nature - and her true feelings - to Hal. Only Hal has also been keeping a secret from Mary, and she's not going to like it.
4 The Greater Good
2/24/13
Mr. Rook is a desperate man - his government department will soon be a casualty to cutbacks unless he's able to do something - so he's off to China to find private investors. While he's away, he needs the Honolulu Heights residents to look after his special charge, werewolf Bobby. Bobby's been locked up in the archive for decades and is consequently more naïve and socially awkward than Tom ever was. For once, someone is in Tom's thrall. Hal's also entrusted with 'sorting out' vampire Crumb's rampage. Alex reckons this is posh boy talk for putting a stake in his heart but Hal's determined to rehabilitate the wayward vampire. When Hal loses faith in Crumb's, and indeed his, ability to reform, it's up to Alex to prove that it can be done. Even if that means going on a date with a repugnant vampire.
5 No Care, All Responsibility
3/3/13
Tom falls head over heels in lust with Natasha when she runs into the hotel looking for protection from an attack. She needs a job and Tom needs her close, so it's a match made in heaven, until Hal notices her bleeding hand. Coming down hard from blood withdrawal, Hal can't bear have an attractive, bleeding girl so close. Meanwhile, Alex is positive there's something suspicious about hotel resident Captain Hatch. Reeling from the suicides in the hotel, Alex is determined to pin the blame on someone. But the deeper her investigation hones in on the Devil, the deeper into danger she gets.
6 The Last Broadcast
3/10/13
There is little left of Hal's humanity. Having feasted on blood and recruited an army of vampires, he's ready to return to his hedonistic and debauched days. Tom is set on avenging Natasha's death and has returned to his default setting - vampire killer. The two fight it out, but unbeknownst to them, Captain Hatch is no longer wheelchair bound and weak: he's the Devil, and is determined to cause as much chaos, death and destruction as possible. Having been trapped in her own coffin, Alex is the only one who knows the truth about him. Can she reunite with Tom and Hal? Even if she could, would she be able to reconcile their differences long enough to face up to the most evil power on earth? And at what cost to humanity?

This show is amazing. It has so much heart and deep concepts on what it means to be human that it's a travesty that America tried to copy it. You can't mess with this masterpiece and move no further, if you love vampire or supernatural TV shows...THIS is where you need to be. Better than true blood, better than supernatural, better than charmed! Look no further..this is IT!

Do not even talk about the us version. The us version is a horrible impersonation of a fantastic show. I have watched this show many times and constantly find new things that I love about it. The characters and the story line is perfect. You connect with the characters immediately. You laugh and cry with them. This show is amazing.
