Season 1 episodes (8)

1 Upper East Side Carnival Party
12/4/11
Chef Roblé meets his first client -- a glamorous New York socialite who wants a creepy, carnival themed birthday party. Roblé wonders whether he's bitten off more than he can chew after finding out she has a list of demands such as a live monkey and only being allowed to serve red, white and black foods.
2 Kandi Burruss Gets Intimate
12/11/11
It's a week of risky business for Chef Roblé as he takes on an intimate product launch for Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star, Kandi Burruss, and a Thai, Vegan, Kosher sit-down dinner party for Hasidic Brooklyn musician Matisyahu. When a wine fight breaks out and a client voices their concerns over a talent booking, Chef Roblé must use all his charm to keep these two very different parties from falling apart.
3 The Vanessa Williams House Party
12/12/11
Tempers explode when a client demands a dessert extravaganza for her glitter themed party, which forces Chef Roblé to hand over more responsibility to Kiku and Jasmine. And a graduation party for actress Vanessa Williams and her children serves as a chance for redemption, if only the weather would cooperate.
4 Big Money Birthday Bashes
12/18/11
At an exclusive New York beach club, Chef Roblé discovers the challenge of catering to Upper Eastside moms and a 4 year old birthday boy with a sophisticated palate. Then he must conquer authentic Indian cuisine for an upscale dance party. When a server bails at the last minute, Roblé asks his girlfriend to come to the rescue.
5 The Crazy Hamptons Blowout
1/1/12
Chef Roblé leaves Brooklyn behind for two over-the-top events in the Hamptons. First, the team must organize a dog wedding for two Chihuahuas. Then Medieval madness is on the menu as they roast a full-sized pig for a naked statue unveiling.
6 Dinner Party Smackdown
1/8/12
Chef Roblé meets a Jersey Shore bachelorette who's more interested in tequila shots than canapés. Then a famed dinner party hostess pushes Roblé to his limits with a five-course dinner extravaganza that must "wow" New York's movers and shakers. Tensions run high and after a massive blowout, one staff member's future is left hanging in the balance.
7 If You Can't Stand the Heat...
1/15/12
For Chef Roblé this week keeping the client happy is easier said than done. Catering a 60th Wedding Anniversary for a kooky dress shop owner who want pigs in a blanket and cheesecake is one thing, but when you go against the founder of a connected party website (who just happens to hate meat), it's not long before there's blood on the carpet.
8 Two Grooms & Rachel Dratch
1/22/12
In the finale, Chef Roblé caters his first gay wedding and a dinner party for "Saturday Night Live" alum Rachel Dratch. While Rachel wants to go small, the grooms want to go big with a runway inspired reception. As Chef Roblé struggles to keep his clients happy, Jasmine is offered another job leading to an emotional confrontation that could see a permanent parting of the ways.
