BelfiusWeb

BelfiusWeb App is intended for (Public, Social and Corporate) clients of Belfius who also use the BelfiusWeb Desktop Version.

Using the latest version of the application allows you to carry out banking operations at any time and in complete security from your smartphone or tablet.
Its use requires a BelfiusWeb contract and activation via the administrative module or the user card.
For security reasons, if the app is not used for three months, it will be deactivated. It can be reactivated with the Belfius card reader.

When using the app for the first time, it is necessary to register your device with a BelfiusWeb or Isabel access card. Afterwards, all you have to do is identify yourself with the chosen password.

• Sign all your payment files, transactions, standing orders and direct debit batches only with the chosen password
• View pending transactions
• Make national and international transfers between own accounts and sub-funds
• View and send secure messages
• Receive or notify alerts to be quickly informed of the actions you need to take
• View your global statements
• Monitor the evolution of your files to be signed
• Consult the history and details of your cards
• Load or unload your prepaid cards
• Manage your account groups
• Interest rates: display the latest market rates (Euribor, OLO, IRS)
• You have the possibility to consult exchange rates in real time
• Help/Contact: contact our services or find the answer to your questions
• Locate a branch or a distributor
• Settings: customise your app, manage the language and all your mobile devices
• Multi-entity management in the same session
