Welcome to the mWater Ghana Operators Tool for Safe Water Network operators!
This app is the interface in which operators should enter daily station-level data. It includes fields for meter readings, chlorine dosing and maintenance, petty cash, cash received for water sales, and household connection readings.
The app will provide warnings for when errors in the data are identified, and helps you keep track of regular data entry for your specific station and access points.
If there are issues at the station, the Issues Reporting section has been improved to make reporting easier and to resolve issues with your FSE Officer more quickly.
If you have any questions about this app, please let your FSE Officer know.
Note: If you have no data for a specific data entry, please enter “0”, zero.
