INA PAY se primarno koristi za plaćanje goriva i/ili ostale robe iz asortimana Ine i to na dva načina:
• korištenjem opcije Platite iz vozila putem koje se može platiti gorivo natočeno na istakačkom mjestu na maloprodajnom mjestu
• korištenjem opcije Platite na blagajni, tako da plaćanje putem mobilne aplikacije izvrše na blagajni maloprodajnog mjesta.

OPCIJA PLATITE IZ VOZILA – kupovina goriva na agregatu
Na maloprodajnim mjestima Ine vidljive su oznake koje se odnose na mogućnosti kupovine goriva koristeći mobilnu aplikaciju. Oznake su postavljene u obliku QR koda i numeričkog koda koji se nalazi ispod QR koda.
Za korištenje opcije Platite iz vozila korisnik treba iz unutrašnjosti vozila aktivirati mobilnu aplikaciju i pratiti sljedeće korake:
1. Odabrati način plaćanja – PLATITE IZ VOZILA
2. Odabrati sredstvo plaćanja
3. Skenirati QR kod ili unijeti numerički kod agregata
4. Natočiti gorivo
5. Potvrditi plaćanje

OPCIJA PLATITE NA BLAGAJNI – kupovina goriva i/ili ostale robe iz asortimana Ine
Uz gorivo, korisnik može na blagajni maloprodajnog mjesta obaviti transakciju plaćanja i ostale robe iz maloprodajnog asortimana tako što će na radniku na blagajni reci broj agregata, odnosno istakačkog mjesta na kojem je natočio gorivo, te odabrati ostale proizvode iz asortimana. Nakon definiranja svih roba i usluga korisnik treba pokrenuti mobilnu aplikaciju te:
1. Odabrati način plaćanja – PLATITE NA BLAGAJNI
2. Odabrati sredstvo plaćanja
3. Pokazati ekran radniku na blagajni


DODATNE FUNKCIONALNOSTI mobilne aplikacije INA PAY:
• administriranje korisničkih podataka i podataka s pripadajućih INA kartica
• praćenje stanja računa
• praćenje svih transakcija u okviru popisa transakcija
• geolokacija prodajnih mjesta

OPTION PAY FROM THE VEHICLE - purchase of fuel on the unit
Signs related to the possibility of purchasing fuel using the mobile application are visible at INA's retail outlets. The tags are placed in the form of a QR code and a numeric code located below the QR code.
To use the Pay from vehicle option, the user needs to activate the mobile application from inside the vehicle and follow the following steps:
1. Choose the method of payment - PAY FROM THE VEHICLE
2. Choose a means of payment
3. Scan the QR code or enter the numeric code of the unit
4. Refuel
5. Confirm payment

OPTION PAY AT THE CASH DESK - purchase of fuel and / or other goods from the INA range
In addition to fuel, the user can perform a payment transaction and other goods from the retail range at the cashier's point of sale by telling the employee at the cash register the number of the unit, ie the dispensing point where he refueled, and select other products from the range. After defining all goods and services, the user should launch a mobile application and:
1. Choose the method of payment - PAY AT THE CASHIER
2. Choose a means of payment
3. Show the screen to the cashier
