Restful Journey is a puzzle survey game where you answer questions and learn about what sleep habits are healthy. Go on a fun, pirate-themed adventure with this game by documenting your sleep habits, helping the pirate crew change their rooms so they can get a good night's sleep, and answering questions to test your knowledge on the topic of sleep hygiene.

One thing is certain – no matter how hard you try, you cannot force yourself to go to sleep, but learning healthy sleep habits can improve your sleep. Restful Journey is a game that teaches these habits so you can get a better night’s sleep.
