Unite Task

Unite Task is an integrated, customizable task management solution for large variety of hospital personnel. With Unite Task you can ensure that your tasks are assigned to the appropriate personnel and are properly carried out by designated staff, thus making sure your hospital needs are met.
Unite Task, built on the Ascom Unite platform, keeps track of tasks assigned to caregivers and other staff. It includes four modules, each with individual characteristics and task attributes: Desktop Configuration, Desktop Dashboard, TelliConnect Station, smart devices. It supports continuous improvement through reporting and data collection, supporting auditing and compliance.
Unite Task includes a Web Client functionality for workstations at central and distributed locations or workstations on wheels and offers task access and management at patients’ bedsides with Unite TaskMinder application on Telligence TelliConnect stations.
It allows viewing and managing tasks by staff from anywhere, with the Unite Task mobile app for Ascom Myco and Android smart devices.
Unite Task has role-based user authorization, which allows for every type of user to access and/or visualize tasks according to their role. This includes service department coordinator assignment to unit staff, coordinator monitoring (included in the assignment) and auto-updates that enable live monitoring of tasks and staff.
Notifications can also be sent to Ascom DECT and VoWiFi handsets.
