The paid Fax Pages never expire.
When you send a fax, the system deducts the required credits from your free credits first, then from your paid credits balance. If fax transmission failed, the deducted credits will be credited back to your balance.

Privacy and Confidentiality:
We respect importance of privacy and confidentiality. Communication between device and server is strongly encrypted. All fax information will only be used for fax transmission purpose. We will not use it in promotions or pass it to a third party. We will not keep copy of sent faxes. Fax content will be destroyed upon completion of the fax transmission.
