The Radisson Operations App is the all-in-one solution that connects over 30,000 hotel employees across 120 countries on one single platform. The App was exclusively designed for the Radisson Hotel Group and replaces the current one. All existing content and data from the old app will be available in the new app!

The app helps to run the daily operations at every individual hotel and further enables collaboration on a cross-property level. With the App you can collaborate efficiently with the help of digital checklists, shift handovers and tasks, easily manage repairs and walkthroughs, streamline housekeeping processes, centrally document all brand standards and financial policies and stay up to date anywhere on any device.
