Questa applicazione consente ai dipendenti di accedere alle funzionalità mobili di Easy Plan. Easy Plan Dipendente Mobile permette al dipendente di timbrare inizio e fine attività semplicemente via smartphone, visualizzare immediatamente le attività da svolgere nella giornata ed accedere a tanti altri strumenti avanzati. Easy Plan Dipendente Mobile funziona esclusivamente in abbinamento al software gestionale Easy Plan.
Al momento della timbratura viene effettuata la trasmissione automatica delle coordinate GPS dello smartphone per avere la posizione dell'utilizzatore. Con Easy Plan Dipendente Mobile è possibile anche trasmettere al dipendente, l’ordine di servizio ad esso assegnato in fase di pianificazione e le eventuali modifiche allo stesso ricevendo notifica di presa visione.
