V Pay - Payments App

A payments platform to send and receive money.
V Pay is an independent payments platform.
The platform is not linked to any bank or current payment networks.

Concept of this platform:
Users can create accounts. Send and receive money.
Organizations (generally central banks) can create currencies.
Organizations generate money (like printing) and send money to accounts. Then the money is circulated between accounts.

As this is the beginning of the concept. A test currency with the code "ABC" has been created.
Users can create accounts with the "ABC" currency code. Users get some amount for testing on account creation.
