Yandex Drive – Carsharing and Car Subscription 🚙

The app offers 16,000 cars for quick rental by the minute, hour, or day, and a dozen models for long-term rental from one month. You can rent cars in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, Sochi, and 42 other regions for business use.

Why use carsharing?
To run errands, go to a bar, move items, drive to the countryside, or travel around the region. If you have your own business, our cars are handy for couriers, sales managers, and merchandisers. Vans can even transport electric scooters. The possibilities are endless.

What is the car subscription for?
It’s for having a car for a long period. It’s an extended rental from one month to a year, paid in installments. Insurance, maintenance, tire changes, and car delivery to your home are included. Choose between economy and business class cars, all without branding, so no one will suspect a thing.

How to register?
Everything is done in the app, no need to visit a location. You just need to be over 21 years old and have 2 years of driving experience. When you download the app, a bot will guide you through the registration process. You’ll send your document photos and personal details to the bot in a chat, and if everything is fine, you're ready to Drive.

What’s included in car rental?
Everything: paid parking, washing, refueling, repairs, and all types of insurance.

What about the insurance?
It includes mandatory third-party liability (OSAGO), driver and passenger life insurance up to 2,000,000 ₽, and comprehensive insurance (CASCO) with a deductible for at-fault drivers. You won’t pay more than 40,000 ₽ for standard vehicles, 75,000 ₽ for premium ones, or 150,000 ₽ for SUVs. If you choose full coverage CASCO, we will take on all risks, and you won’t be charged for any damages as long as the accident report is done correctly. So, with Drive, you're fully covered.

What cars are in Drive?
We have about 16,000 vehicles across 20 different models. There’s economy class (Hyundai, KIA, Renault, Škoda, Genesis), business class (Audi, Mercedes, BMW), SUVs, electric cars, vans, and even 1960s Mustangs.

What are the rates?
There’s the "Fixed" rate, where you set your destination and the price is locked in. The "Per Minute" rate, which varies dynamically based on demand. "By the Hour or Day" lets you create your own package of time and kilometers. There's also an "Intercity" rate for, believe it or not, traveling between cities.

What makes Drive so high-tech?
Everything. Access to cars is granted by algorithms. A radar can automatically reserve a car. You can heat, cool, or unlock the car via the app. Cars are equipped with the Yandex Auto onboard computer. The doors can even be opened via Bluetooth. And a bot assists with registration.

Where can you drive?
Drive is available in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg, Kazan, and Sochi, so you can drive around these cities, their regions, and even between them with the "Intercity" rate.

Are there discounts and promo codes?
Yes, several ways to save or even drive for free. First, invite friends to Drive, earn bonuses from their trips, and use those bonuses for your own. Second, link Yandex Plus to earn cashback in points, which you can spend on Drive, earning even more cashback, creating an endless cycle of savings.

Are there cars for business use?
Yes. All our 16,000 cars (and more upon request) are available for business tasks—perfect for couriers, managers, and merchandisers. There are two rental options: a subscription to a fleet or corporate carsharing. Details are available in the app.
