SMA-App

Die SMA-App ist die führende digitale Gesundheitsanwendung für Menschen mit Spinaler Muskelatrophie (SMA) in Deutschland und bietet folgende Funktionen:
- DARSTELLUNG DES INDIVIDUELLEN VERLAUFS DER SMA: Durch die Beantwortung der SMA-Funktionsskala wird der individuelle Krankheitsverlauf angezeigt und die Krankheitsentwicklung eingeschätzt.
- SMA-FUNKTIONSSKALA: Die Skala ist ein Fragebogen zur Selbstbewertung des aktuellen Stands der SMA und Beobachtung der Erkrankung über die Zeit.
- VITALWERTE: Erfassung und Anzeige der wichtigsten Vitalwerte bei der Behandlung der SMA: Körpergewicht, Body-Mass-Index und Vitalkapazität der Lunge.
- BEDARF FÜR MEDIKAMENTE MITTEILEN: werden Medikamente benötig, können Sie diesen Bedarf über die App Ihren SMA-Lotsinnen und Lotsen mitteilen.
- BEDARF FÜR HILFSMITTEL MITTEILEN: werden Hilfsmittel benötigt, können Sie auch diesen Bedarf über die App Ihren SMA-Lotsinnen und Lotsen mitteilen.
- ÜBERSICHT DER HILFSMITTELVERSORGUNG: alle aktuellen und zurückliegenden Versorgungen mit Hilfsmitteln werden angezeigt.

- SCAN- UND UPLOAD-FUNKTION: Arztbriefe, Rezepte und Fotos zur Versorgungssituation können gescannt bzw. erfasst und in das Patientenkonto im Ambulanzpartner-Portal hochgeladen werde

The SMA app is the leading digital health application for people with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) in Germany and offers the following functions:
- PRESENTATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL COURSE OF SMA: By answering the SMA functional scale, the individual course of the disease is displayed and the development of the disease is assessed.
- SMA FUNCTIONAL SCALE: The scale is a questionnaire for self-assessment of the current status of SMA and observation of the disease over time.
- VITAL STATUS: Recording and display of the most important vital signs in the treatment of SMA: body weight, body mass index and vital capacity of the lungs.
- NOTIFY YOUR NEED FOR MEDICATION: If you need medication, you can communicate this need to your SMA pilots via the app.
- NOTIFY YOUR NEED FOR AIDS: If you need aids, you can communicate this need to your SMA controllers via the app.
- OVERVIEW OF AID SUPPLY: all current and past supplies of aids are displayed.

- SCAN AND UPLOAD FUNCTION: Doctor's letters, prescriptions and photos of the care situation can be scanned or captured and uploaded to the patient account in the outpatient partner portal
