DigiRehab

DigiRehab er et træningsværktøj til borgere der er tilknyttet hjemmeplejen, med det formål at gøre borgeren mere selvhjulpen.

Borgeren får hjælp af en medarbejder fra hjemmeplejen til at udarbejde et individuelt tilpasset træningsprogram, og kan efterfølgende udført træningen ved hjælp af video øvelser.

Borgeren vil modtage introduktion og løbende opfølgning fra hjemmeplejen.

DigiRehab is a training tool for citizens associated with home care, with the aim of making the citizen more self-reliant.

The citizen gets the help of an employee from the home care to prepare an individually adapted training program, and can subsequently carry out the training using video exercises.

The citizen will receive an introduction and continuous follow-up from the home care.
