1. Why does the screen show "No badge available for retrieval"?
If you did not retrieve your badge within the specified period, the system will indicate that the badge is no longer available. Please contact your organization's administrator for further assistance.

2. Can I store multiple badges from the same organization on one phone?
Currently, you cannot store multiple badges from the same organization on the same device. If your Google Wallet already contains a badge from that organization, please remove the existing badge before retrieving a new one.
