This is an internal and cross-country retail app and social platform exclusively for employees working in NORMAL across Europe.
This includes store managers, store assistants, temporary as well as permanent warehouse workers, and HQ associates. The app is a community for all employees engaged in NORMAL across Europe. It gives retail employees streamlined communication across countries, helping and facilitating onboarding, knowledge-sharing, and mutual inspiration. The app is very important to all employees as it offers access to relevant retail information, internal guidelines, visual merchandising advice, training tools and much more. The app also serves as a local communication platform on department, store, regional, and country level.
