• Remote banking – possibility to contact your advisor, upload your documents, sign any necessary documents remotely etc.
• Confirmation of online card payments with Mobile PIN or biometrics
• Withdrawal from an ATM by mobile phone – the safest form of cash withdrawal without the need for a card and the card PIN
• Uploading of invoices in PDF format directly to the mobile app
• Authorized calls to our Contact centre from your app – you skip the authorization step and save several minutes of your time
• Postal order, IBAN and QR code scanner – you can easily pay invoices without lengthy filling in of data
• Biometric login – used by up to 30% of our clients
• Mobile payments support – add and manage your cards via the app
• Payment sharing – a quick way to share your IBAN or various payments and costs with other people via payment link (Payme) or QR code

How do I activate the app?
To activate the application, you need to have the Nonstop banking service enabled. On the home screen of the Mobile banking app, click on the "Activation" button. Sign in with the ID number and password you use to log in to Internet banking. You will then receive an SMS with an activation code. Write it into the app and choose your new 4-digit Mobile PIN. If your device supports fingerprint scanning or Face ID, you can also activate this sign-in method.
How much will you pay for this service?
The Mobile banking app is free and does not contain any paid services. Fees for operations carried out through Mobile banking are subject to a valid price list of VÚB Bank.
