Ratings and reviews

Constant bugs if the App even loads up or let you log in. I've sat & had the app load for 20min just for the main screen until I got tired & canceled using the App. Horrible app

If I could 0 stars I would always gotta get a code to log in from the same damn phone I use all the time at home in the street I have to do this. And when does nycers update info cause I'm looking at info from last week. Update Nov 30 I can't get any info for my account

Worst app in the history of apps. 1st you can't enter your log in info without hitting the sign in button as if you entered the info already. Also keep getting error messages saying unable to process your request even though I haven't requested anything yet. Can't see pertinent information either.
