We have used Spectrum going on 6 years now for both the internet and mobile. We previously bundled TV service as well, but found we didn't use it except special events like football season and a little around Christmas, so we cut back. I honestly only have good things to say. Their pricing is good, mobile coverage has been fantastic anywhere we have lived or traveled, and customer support is in the top tier of all support divisions we have dealt with, in any industry, by comparison.

User experience? Very, very bad. Unexpected errors, software paths that loop back on themselves, instructions which don't match functionality. Spectrum is a baroque nightmare of lousy software. I can't imagine anyone at a management level has even tried to use this site or they'd know why customers hate Spectrum. The only constants are all the ads targeted at increasing profits.

I enjoy the options Spectrum has to offer (channels, dvr, app, internet, reliable, etc.) . I have been a customer of TW/Spectrum since 1998. The only reason why I didn't select 5 stars is because of its pricing. Long-time customers who have had continuous service with them ( 5-10+ years) should be offered the same discounts as new customers. That way, it doesn't feel like we are getting penalized for being long & loyal customers. Other than that, it's a great cable company!
