Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for the last month. I paid for the basic package. It is just ok. If you match with someone who hasn't paid, they can not message you. There is no simple way of seeing if a person you have liked has also liked you; you have to scroll through all your likes. I've also received random messages from people but they just seem to disappear. For the money, the features are simplistic and overpriced. I won't be renewing at the end of my minimum subscription.

Really poor. Sent messages do not send after paying for a subscription. You contact customer service who just reply with 'there are technical issues at the moment'. That's not good enough when you have paid to use the app.

What is the point of an app you annot open. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still it won't open. Well that was a waste of £20. Very frustrated and disappointed after taking the very nervous leap of going down a dating app route. Everything I try and open it all I get is a message saying "Oops. Our time is currently unavailable. Please try again later". I have tried lots of times, later. I have lots of emails about potential matches and am unable to access them.
