Such a complicated registration process. Tried 3 times just to have the video call drop again and again. And no its not about the internet connection. Asked the customer service of many things but they barely had the answers. Such a poor quality of service when compared with other private bank called ***. They said their data is well connected with dukcapil when in fact its not even yet updated. They asked for another document to be emailed for verification. So complicated just for a new account

Apps is easy to use so far. No hassles. However, the Customer Service still needs to improve. Coverage area for water bill payment needs to be added, especially Medan area. I pay electricity bill via OCBC, so please make it easier for your customers in Medan to pay water bill as well.

I've been having difficulties to open the apps. It keep automatically closed. Already make a complain to my RM and related department on 28june. But until now I still can't use this apps. It's been almost 2 months and really troublesome for me.
