there is a bug in the app that does not properly update the state, when we select any person/patient name, it often shows the name of some other person then also during the consultation screen, and even the message received on WhatsApp bears the name of that other person ( not the person who actually consulted the doctor). Also there is no option to change the language of the chat on the consultation screen. I tried to get it to english but somehow it was still coming in hindi. kindly fix these.

Very Poor app when it comes to 1. Creating profiles: Couldn't find an option to delete profiles that are not required anymore. Cannot add phone numbers for family members, hence every time any of my relatives want to consult, it has to be through my phone only because everytime it will be only me who will get the call. 2. Consultations for Corporate profile should be free, but still i am asked for payments again and again

Worst app I ever seen. This app works with the Tata 1mg application. But the pricing with respect to 1mg is almost double. This type of application is strictly not recommended to anyone. The commission percentage is too high. Most of the products do not support wallet balance. I got a call from MFine and told they are working on the issue, and get back to me, but after 10 days also no one called me and addressed the issue. I don't know this is how they are behaving with everyone.
