This app is perfect for someone who once knew Japanese but wants to get back in the game. Most other language learning apps are either way too beginner for me or does not cover what I need. Because this plays clips of actual Japanese sentences being used, I feel like I am totally immersed in Japanese but in an easy to review way!

The premise behind this app is great, and I would have no problem paying for it if it were more polished. But, there are way too many mistakes within the app, especially considering the price. This definitely feels like a beta version of the app that, at least for Korean, is relying too much on the user base to actually get correct audio. If it ever fixes these issues, I would be more than willing to pay for it.

This is an excellent app. So fun and easy to use! It is just as much fun as scrolling social media for random video clips, but it's more productive because you're learning a language. Love it! I'm keeping this app after the free trial!! I would not recommend it for children, though. Since the movie/TV clips come from Netflix, there are explicit images at times that would not be appropriate for children.
