1. Not trustworthy: the timetables are chronically incorrect and do not reflect actual train times. 2. Poor trajectories: it often suggests very convoluted routes but fails to suggest the most obvious and direct ones. 3. The functionality of the app is poor: when searching for a route, it gives only two options; if you want to consider other options you must go through a lengthy process of selecting the date and then a time in order to see two more.

Good morning Jesse and thank you for your feedback. The timetables are very dependant of the traffic, that's why the realtime information are so important in a dense city like Brussels. I am suprised you get only 2 itineraries since we usually display 3 or more but indeed on some routes, we don't have as many options. Kind regards, the Mobile Team.

Somehow useful. However, during the last strike, the app was still suggesting lines that were not actually operated (this info was available in the app itself).

The app lacks the usability of the old app, therefore I switched to the old one. To be precise, even though I can still define favorite lines, the time it takes to open, load and switch to them is longer. Also, switching between the different sections (itinerary, lines, favorites,..) is not possible with swiping left/right. Also there is some loading time every time you switch to it which is longer than before and while waiting you don't see the old values. Lastly, I think that the 3D map is not that important to be at the front and top.
