Ratings and reviews

Very slow and Clunky application. Emails don't notify on my phone. Delivery using Uber and fedex is hit and miss at best. Items missing or not delivered items even after email says delivery has been confirmed. 50/50 chance you'll get what you wanted, when you wanted it. *Edit the good thing is any time You have a missing item or whatever, the customer service always sorts it out for you no problem. As long as yer Not being a dick about it. So i never have to really worry about it too much.

The app works well, but too often, when you select a delivery window, it says "we keep your reservation until xx:xx" but even if you try to check out before that, it says "The time you selected for this order is jo longer available" It's even more true with express 2h delivery. It's pissing me off when I take the time to gather items just for the system to tell me that the time I chose is no longer available so it'll go at tommorow the earliest...

I'm unable to complete grocery purchases because the app has been experiencing technical issues for 3+ weeks. Every time I place an order I receive a confirmation email but the order automatically cancels. I have tried different devices, updated my credit card, and troubleshooting with the Walmart team. I eventually had to switch the the Superstore pickup. Prior to the technical issues the app was working well, and the Walmart staff has always been very nice.
