The app doesn't navigate to the item i wish to purchase I navigated to a particular pendant which I did not like but after that i searched for chains but when I clicked on the chain I was always navigated to that pendant. Terrible UI. Ridiculous, waste of time. Ask for a refund from the engineers who built your application.

I have an issue with the coupon, on app it shows applied but it actually not applied on their records, and I have contacted the customer support and they keep saying the same things over and over even though they can verify my purchase from the order ID they still stick to the same things "our records indicate that the coupon was not applied" is it our problem your records not updated properly

The products and the price offerings are fantastic. But I had tremendous trouble with the following: 1) The shipping date/time is misleading on the product pages especially for personalized items. One needs to talk to customer support or read through the FAQs to understand further. Given this feedback to CS. 2) Chat support is pretty ineffective as no one would have the patience to wait forever to get a response. 3) Telephonic suport folks are totally clueless and tells what I can already see.
