Wingspan is a relaxing, award-winning strategy card game about birds for 1 to 5 players. Each bird you play extends a chain of powerful combinations in one of your three habitats. Your goal is to discover and attract the best birds to your network of wildlife preserves.

In Wingspan up to 5 players compete to build up their nature preserves in a limited number of turns. Each beautiful bird that you add to your preserve makes you better at laying eggs, drawing cards, or gathering food. Many of the 170 unique birds have powers that echo real life: your hawks will hunt, your pelicans will fish, and your geese will form a flock.

Ratings and reviews

I love this game. The art, the music, the birds, it's all very well done. No ads, minimal bugs, steep but brief learning curve, overall very good game, and I'm determined to get my friends and family to get the game as well. The downsides are the lack of a few features that keep me from giving it a full five stars. These features are the ability to sort the cards in my hand, options to make custom games more custom, and replacing just the player who left with an AI instead of the entire game.

Update: this game has become unplayable. It fails to update real-time games after opponents play their turn, showing the clock timing out. Then, tells me that *I* failed to make my move in time, having never updated to show that it was my turn. This has happened repeatedly, and is in addition to the other past glitches that have never been fixed. Absolute waste of money - don't buy!

Excellent port of the game. I'd love for you to add a friend list and calculate statistics in the preserve or an ability to export it. I play frequently with my wife and AIs and would like to see win % and average points. Additionally, could you add some kind of option to only play with opponents who speak your language so all bonus cards could be included? Maybe a game with only friends and not others online.
