PNB ONE is an amalgamation of various banking processes being delivered through single platform. PNB ONE mobile banking app is an all in one application which allows you to transfer funds, view account statement, invest in term deposits, manage debit card & credit card and many other exclusive services at your fingertips.
Note:- PNB ONE is official mobile banking application of Punjab National Bank. This application provides access to PNB banking services across all operators.
Services Available / Features of PNB ONE Mobile Banking App.
Interactive Interface:-
• Redesigned dashboard with more features available on the dashboard.
• Access all the accounts on the dashboard itself.

Accounts:-
• All accounts will be displayed in illustrative manner. ( Savings, Deposits, Loan, Overdraft, Current).
• Detailed view of account statement.
• Check Balances.

Transfer Funds:-
Regular Transfers
• “Self” (for own accounts), “Within” (for PNB accounts) & “Other” (for non-pnb accounts) will be there.
• NEFT/IMPS/UPI for Interbank fund transfers.
Instant Transfers (without adding beneficiary).
• IMPS using MMID.
• Quick Transfer without adding beneficiary.

Ratings and reviews

It is a nightmare trying to change anything in the app. I can't manage all my card setting from a single page, in a normal way just like how all the other banking apps do. Instead, you have to select the sub option for changing the limits contactless payment, POS or whatever and enter the card details manually to change them. And yes it is limits, not even an option to switch on and off the feature. I can't switch off contactless, I can only change the limit in multiples of 1000. That is dumb.

Even after a year, this app still is a disappointment. Tried registering nominee 20-25 times, and all I got is a message "we are unable to complete the request" . Uncountable bugs and very limited functionality......Had there not been fake ratings this app would never get more than 3 stars. TPIN change is a mission. No matter you enter the right TPIN, they'll not recognise it and block user id after 3 attempts.

Full of errors . Otp has to be requested twice for transactions. Credit card reward point redemption never worked. Applied online for DMAT dematerialisation slip but never received it. Overdraft account shows twice in mpassbook. On selecting overdraft account from tab on the top of home page fatal error occurs. I was already registered for upi but today on selecting UPI tab it again shows option to enable upi and now the registered UPI beneficiaries are not showing up. QR scanner is very slow.
