Go to forgot password,enter in info and it brings you back to the login screen without helping with password. Useless

I downloaded this app to avoid dealing with their limited website. Why was I delusional enough to think the app would be any different smh Junk, just like their website. What's more ridiculous is some of the features you use on this (limited) app redirects you to their website, for example,, paying your bill by credit card. Glad I downloaded the app (that takes up space on my phone) to so it can redirects me to the website. I don't understand this company's business practices, at all.
