It was broken before the update, I would get stuck in a sign-in loop. "Sign in to view your messages" then it would not take me to the message screen and ask me to sign in again. Now after this update it won't even open after uninstalling and reinstalling. It goes through the intro after I get past those three pages it closes. Then it just closes anytime I try to open it.

This app is horrible. It's so user-UNfriendly it isn't even funny. You developers need to give this POS a complete redo. I have been trying to find the results of an ECHO I had yesterday and was told the results would be "available in the portal" later that day. Well...I had to set up an imaging portal in addition to the regular portal and still.. Nothing is available. If it is, I can't find it. 8 can't find results for any recent appointments.. None of it. Sitting here very unhappy.

I have always loved this app. Having my results, upcoming appointments, refill requests, etc right at my fingertips is awesome. But for several weeks now I can even sign in. I put my username and password in and the sign in button never highlights or responds. I have changed my password, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, rebooted my phone, etc and nothing works. Super frustrated. 😒😤
