Steps for hourly rental taxi booking or cab ride :
1. Select your pickup and drop location respectively.
2. Select your pickup time and package (in case of hourly rentals). You can book 45 minutes to 48 hours in advance.
3. Select your payment method.
4. Confirm your ride. No need to worry about driver cancellation. 
5. Enjoy your ride and get down at the destination, refreshed. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.

Steps to book airport taxi services:
1. At the IGI Airport, head to BluSmart Pickup Zone at Level 2, Multi-Level Car Parking (above Uber and Ola Pickup zones) at T3 or walk over to the BluSmart kiosk at T1 & T2.
2. Generate a PIN instantly from the kiosk or BluSmart app. Or use the one generated during the ride scheduled.
3. Get into the first available cab and share the PIN with the driver.
4. Enjoy your ride and get down at the destination. Pay through cash/wallet after completing your ride.
5. For pickups from the Bengaluru Airport, schedule your cab, enter your destination & voila!

Ratings and reviews

To be honest, I wasn't really impressed with their app when I initially used it. However, I really appreciate how they took their customers' feedback into consideration and brought in significant changes. Improved performance, hassle-free booking, and their delightfully quirky notifications have left me pleasantly surprised. The zero-cancellation policy and on-time drivers were already great, but the improved UI is the cherry on top!

Have been facing a lot of issues in this app lately. Like (i) cars being changed and different drivers being allocated within the same rental trip, (ii) drivers not showing up and it being difficult to cancel a ride, on top of this they charge hefty noshow fees to the customer, (iii) no way at all within the app to contact customer care, and (iv) difficulty in tracking back lost items, they give phone number of a Blusmart representative which doesn't work. Please fix yourself.

I recently booked a Blu cab for the first time, and guess what unfortunately, ac was not working. The cab driver didn't inform me of this or I didn't get to know about this cab issue. So, I called customer care, and they patiently understood my concerns and arranged an alternate cab for me. Despite the initial problem, im happy with the swift resolution. Thank you, team blusmart.
