The app is ok, for the most part. When I'm viewing my coupons, after a certain point it starts me all over. Since I have almost 300 coupons it is very inconvenient. Also, sometimes when I'm shopping and want to see what a price is...it doesn't always show...or it's like no deals for this product, when all I wanted was to see how much it is. It would also be nice if the app could save our receipts, so we can look at them when we need to view it.

No longer works after last update. Almost impossible to log onto app now. When you are lucky enough to log in, you can no longer view list of prescriptions, or order scripts or refills. The app is extremely unstable and links work one time, and won't work a few seconds later. The old version was great. It always worked and I now have no wayfor me to manage my scripts without phoning the pharmacy. Which I don't mind, but those people are busy, and sometimes impossible to reach.

New UI is absolutely awful. It's so confusing and clunky. It also tells me to link my extracare card for offers, even though it's already linked. When I click on it to link it, it takes me to my savings dashboard that says it's linked, but that I have 0 offers and deals available to me. It's also super annoying that I have to close it out from the background to (hopefully) keep it closed. It also tells me I'll stay signed in if I use fingerprint. But makes me sign in every time, regardless.
