Ratings and reviews

This new app is so responsive and buggy. Half the time I reserve a car, something goes wrong before I can even start the trip. As I type this, I've had a car "in use" for nearly 3 hours while I wait for a ticket to go through to manually end the trip. I'm sure I will have to call billing separate in order to get my $100 back for a car I could never get unlocked to start. Not sure why this new app was launched when software issues are out of control.

Love the service. Inexcusably buggy. Cannot be relied upon. Almost every trip has had a bug in the app, or some easily avoided mistake. Car won't open. Trip won't end. Currently it thinks I've had a car checked out for 77 hours and won't end the trip, so I'm going to be 30 minutes late. One time my phone got auto-locked in the car and support took 90 minutes to respond during a heat wave.

App is egregously buggy , especially if, god forbid, you try taking the vehicle out of cellular reception. In these situations, you're supposed to be able to lock/unlock the car via bluetooth, but the app "forgets" that you have a rental in progress, and so you can't lock/unlock the car until you get to a place with cell reception so the app can talk to their servers. Customer service is terrible, and, as Mustafa's review points out, they now charge a 17% "tax" without an invoice line for it.
