Puzzles & Chaos is a match-3 fantasy strategy game that tells an ancient legend of a Frozen Land.

A once prosperous continent now lies frozen due to the bizarre magic of the undead.
The humans, dragons, and other magical creatures who once lived here perished, escaped, or were displaced to desolate lands.
As a warrior, you are expected to remove the frozen seal, awaken the dragon, and rebuild your homeland using your innate strategic talents.

Ratings and reviews

Game charged me twice for an item that is only supposed to be able to be purchased once. Upon requesting a refund, they will say "you still owe us that money" and will not give future paid-for items. Their "customer service" is also nearly non-existent. It takes them far too long to respond to purchase issues, so I can't imagine how bad it must be for other less important issues.

The overall experience is good until I buy the subscription. 37 Games has had a bug where the subscription does not activate after purchase and it shows as active in Google but they pass the buck on to Google to fix it. Going on a lot of trouble to hear only the run around and passing blame. Cheating me out of rewards and resources I have paid for. 37 Games is awful customer service

The puzzle part is only when your heros are in battle other than that it isn't. They want you to spend money for all kinds of packs and upgrades, which helps you level up faster. If you're not trying to spend money then you have to really rely on speed ups that can be bought with your resources, sapphires, or gifts from your alliance members. The server disconnects quite frequently which is annoying when you're trying to level up or join rallies.
