Quite possibly one of the worst app/app updates I've ever encountered. First of all, it doesn't sync to your precious account so you have to open a brand new account. This means you lose your current status. Secondly, you can link your card for payment and therefore if you don't have your QR code scanned at time of purchase you can't earn your points. I even had 2 associates tell me you can scan this receipt and it will add your loyalty points. They were both wrong. So it's basically it's inept

The new app is awful it's down half the time and too complicated to get rewards. I'm assuming there's no free drink monthly anymore for the highest tier either. Lost 2 the first two months in the new app (they were there but too complicated to use) and then by March I couldn't even find them. Awful timing with all of the new coffee places popping up. I've just started taking my business else where . It's not worth the hassle. Can't even order ahead half the time and can't upload gift cards.

The new app was easy enough to set up, however, I am disappointed with its function and appearance. It seems to have gone backwards. It appeared that my points (I had MANY) and free drink transferred but the first time I used the new app to pay, they all disappeared and were replaced with a new reward system, at a far lower amount. Also, I learned you can only use your rewards if you order ahead on the app, which is not my usual method and is not ideal. I hope they fix it soon.
