I had some problems with the app with not getting cashback rewards, and then the rewards that I had already accrued became locked, and I'm unable to redeem them. I tried emailing, and was completely ignored. So I tried their live chat, and was promptly greeted and then ignored by four separate agents. If you "banned" me for some reason, I'd sure like to know it, because I've done nothing wrong. And if this is your customer service, you need to do WAY better. Btw, you've been reported to the BBB.

The UI is poorly done and I wish it would be better. Top 3 issues: 1. Show an obvious indicator on things that have a price drop; right now you can't tell when something is on sale in the list. 2. Add pull to refresh. I added an item to my drop list on browser and I had to restart the app to see it. 3. Fix headers on the drop list screen - it's difficult to tell which custom list they belong to.

I love to be able to look at the price history of an item. In principle I like the idea of the drop-list as well, but in practice email notifications are ineffective. I downloaded the app to get the push notifications, because by the time I see the email notification for a drop-listed item, it's too late to get it at that price. Initially I missed the push notifications menu and thought that the app was no different than the web version, but I stand corrected!

Hey David, thanks for reaching out! If you click on your 'Profile' in the bottom right corner, navigate to 'Notifications' and enable push notifications. From there, you can receive push notifications for Droplist price alerts, insider deals, and store updates. If you still need help with this, please let us know at yourfriends@joinhoney.com. :)
