not a good experience.... having an issue trying to send money to a bank account. Tried live chat in the app 3 times as each time the app just kicks you out to the sign in screen during the conversation, sometimes even while you type, so it's not due to inactivity. Unbelievably frustrating....FIX YOUR APP little update... tried the web version and it gets stuck on login screen... just keeps showing the loading graphic and nothing happens .the contact tab in the app also leads to a broken link.

I am facing persistent login errors when trying to access my account through your app. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, such as reinstalling the app and resetting my password, I continue to encounter the same problem. Additionally, my efforts to contact customer service for assistance have gone unanswered, exacerbating the situation. As a loyal user, I urgently request a prompt resolution to this issue and improved responsiveness from your customer service team.

From good to worst Started using this from last few months . It was fast and smooth but from last few months it's keep on asking me to enter the receiver bank details even I have send multiple times to the same account . And earlier I was able to just select the account and send money now it has become worse experience. I started using it from iOS and now in Android not sure if it's started once started using Android version. Very disappointed
